Day 2 - Tri-Polish - Turquoise/Pink/Orange

Hi girlies, how are you today? I hope that you are having an excellent day! Today I bring you day 2 of the Tri-Polish Challenge. I'm really enjoying this one as I only have to do 4 manis in one month. At this time that's great for me since I'm having a hard time doing more challenges. I have not been able to keep up with the other two. I just have to keep plugging away and soon I'll be back blogging even more. :)

Below you will see Orly Cotton Candy; I took a few pictures from different angles. I got a little too happy with the camera. lol.

This day on the challenge I decided that I was going to be using all colors to get it out of the way. At first I wasn't sure what type I was going to do, but I knew that I wanted to try a tape mani for the second or third try. :)

I first started taping my ring finger in a certain pattern and then taped the rest with a single line since I was planning to do a french on the rest of my hand. What I did was paint Julep Robin over the tape and left the bottom without color because I was planning to use Julep Parker. :)

And these are the results! It's not perfect and taping is not my strongest skill but I really like the combo and end result. I just wished I would have done a little better.

Thank you for coming and reading my blog. Please leave a comment, I always appreciate your comments! Love you all and see you soon!

Day 1 - Tri-Polish - Turquoise/Pink/Orange

Hi Ladies! Thanks for coming by and enjoying my blog. Today I'm here to show you the Tri-Polish Challenge for the month of April. This month is going to be the colors: Turquoise/Pink/Orange. I have picked my colors already and I have a picture below of the pretties. I first started with Julep Robin and Parker. I really enjoy the colors but I have found out that Julep gets goopy. What I did was add a drop of thinner to each of the bottles to get better results.

Below I tried using a stamp from Bunny Nails Plate N. I used China Glaze Black Leather to do the stamping and obviously I did a terrible job! lol. I still wanted to show that as a newbie what I need is practice and a better polish to stamp. I'm still learning and I'm not giving up! You can't either! Keep trying, you can do it!! :)

Thank you for passing by! Please leave a comment and add me to your blog list. :D
Below you will find the rest of the ladies that did the challenge as well. Please check them out!

Day 19 - Laid-Back 31DC - Your Favorite Polish

Hi my lovely ladies!!! How's everyone doing? I'm doing just fine! I've been enjoying the past few days with friends and family. That's the best time you can have! It's a wonderful thing to be too busy to come online on time to post your mani because family wants to spend time together. <3  :)

Here is my base color and one of my favorite polish at the moment! I love it! It's from OPI Euro Collection and its called Can't Find My Czechbook.

It's a blueish light but spring color!

Then I decided that I needed to add a little bling. I'm not used to a regular mani anymore! So I added three flowers on each hand. Isn't it lovely? I just glued it on with nail glue.

These are the flowers that I glued on to my nails. :)

Do you think the flowers add a nice touch? What do you think of the color? Has anyone tried this color?

Thank you for visiting and I hope to see you around!

Day 6 - Relaxed 31DC - Violet

Follow my blog with Bloglovin Hi Ladies! Today is day 6 for the Relaxed 31DC Purple. I went with China Glaze Magnetix because I had not tried the color yet. I wanted to see how well it worked with the magnet that you have to buy separately. Am I amazed with the magnet? I'm not super happy with it, it was okay. I think it needs to be improved to show the magnetic designs. You can see in the pictures below that I missed the side spots. I tried but it wouldn't give me enough time to do the sides.

Will I be using it again? Yes! I just need to see if I can find any tricks to get this design more defined. :)

Autism Awareness Mani

My dear friends, this manicure was created for the autism awareness month. I believe we should be more involved with the cause; we need to understand and try to be more helpful towards others.

I really thought about this mani and I wanted it to be special and represent all those wonderful children.

I ended up picking China Glaze Secret Peri-Wink-Le and OPI Eurso Euro. I wanted to add some sparkles, puzzle piece and the ribbon.

I used a dotting tool to make the puzzle piece and added a touch of glitter to show how special these kids are, they are like glitter....all sparkly and shiny! To do the ribbon; I used lose sequins that I had. I used nail glue to glue each one and make my ribbon. I really like the result. :)

Thank you for sharing this special post. Sincerely, Zachy

Day 18 - Laid-Back 31DC - Your Oldest Untried

Hi girls! How's it going? I hope everything is going well. Today I'm doing a regular mani. Well....I kind of cheated. lol. This is my oldest untried polish and how come I hadn't tried it????? lol. It's gorgeous!!! I should have worn this back like 3 years ago. Mind you, at that time I only owned like 10 colors. I'm up to 130 polishes now. :D

This mani is more for the dark lovers. I don't mind wearing dark and I'll practically wear any color! They are all beautiful to me and I'm not bias. :grins: By the amount that I have of polish, you should know better! lol.

I wanted to try China Glaze Fairdust on a darker color, so I had to try it with this. It was perfection! What do you think of the combination? Isn't it amazing? I can't stop staring!

Ladies have a wonderful day and I hope you keep coming back to read my blogs. I really enjoy sharing these mani's with you.

See you soon and please check the girls below. Bye and Lots of love!

Day 17 - Laid-Back 31DC - A New Technique To You

Hi Beautiful ladies! I'm back to give you a new technique that I learned! This one took extremely long but was it worth it? Oh yes! I love the end result and I can't wait to try this with different combinations. This makes me think that I have two stickers...one for the Julep's Parker and another sticker for Julep's Robin/Portia.

This was my first try with Julep. I had never used this brand and I got my first monthly box for a penny! The monthly box had two polishes and a foot scrub :) I also got a Mystery box and received 4 polishes, mascara, 3 scrungies, and some chocolate eggs. hehe. I got everything for $28!! I enjoyed swatching Parker but was not happy with Robin. It needs to be thinned out, so I plan to add a drop of thinner soon. It was very streaky and hard to go with two coats. Did I still like it? I did, I just hope that it's a one time situation.

I hope you enjoyed my mani and information and I hope you have a great day!!
Lot's of love, Zachy.
